Lover's Dance

by Arcady Moroi

Passions rising, hearts aflame,
Two young lovers, tender game.
Bodies wracked with hedon lust,
Into a world of pain were thrust.

Years of angst and longing thought,
Together, once again, they're brought.
Their love, an everlasting kind,
Has caused their souls, their hearts to bind.

No words are said, no sounds are made,
Into each other's eyes they wade.
Glowing candles light the way,
As darkness floods to douse the day.

The flicker of the candle's light,
Iluminates their mad delight.
Reveling in soft caress,
Crazed with passion, they undress.

Hands exploring, tingling touch,
Moaning softly, a touch too much.
Kissing madly, lips pressed tight,
Tongues dance madly, love's sweet fight.

Fingers trail across soft skin,
Hearts beat fast, an awful din.
His hand glides gently to her breast,
Her breath caught deep within her chest.

Sinking gently to the floor,
Silently they cry for more.
Him for her and her for him,
To satisfy their every whim.

Their bodies meld and become one.
Thrusting deep with carnal fun.
Her body filled, their passions rise.
From her lips escape soft sighs.

Fevered pitch, the wave breaks free,
She screams his name so longingly.
Fingers scrape along his skin
The nails dig deep as wounds begin.

The brink is reached, the chasm crossed,
To the sky, his head is tossed.
Her name, his love, he yells aloud.
Their union here within Night's shroud.

Resting now, their passion spent,
Curled together, bodies bent.
Softly, he carresses her
Her breathing soft and now demure.

He whispers love into her ear,
With him close she feels secure.
Eyes grow dark and sleep comes fast
Nature's whim has come at last.

Lovers lay within the dark
Within her he has left his mark.
A child now within her grows,
The thread of life, life's river flows.
